We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Stores Coordinator to join our Central Support team in Crewe.

 Key responsibilities as our Stores Coordinator are:

  • To provide support with the implementation of the retail capacity plan which includes; centrally approved projects, product or service roll outs
  • Ensure that the administration of any contracts for retailers, services and documentation are completed
  • Work cross functionally with the Concept Development Project Managers, ensuring projects such as store refits and new store openings are effectively actioned within the plan
  • Assist with the communication plan to Corporate and Franchised stores.
  • Ensure that all Franchise Agreements, enquiries and New Business enquiries are handled effectively.
  • Assist with Services and Compliance within the Corporate stores.

Job Requirements

•         Good PC Skills (Office Package)

•         Strong communication both internally and externally – verbal and written

•         Organised, able to juggle multiple priorities

•         Understands Retail and what good looks like

•         Proven Excel skills

•         Works well under pressure

•         Completer-finisher – sees tasks through to the end

•         Positive, can-do attitude.

•         Problem solver, focussed on identifying solutions

•         Pro-active and willing to go the extra mile
