Job Description

Central Convenience Stores is a rapidly expanding retail chain that is looking for the ideal candidates to assist with this expansion.

We are now looking for full time Store Managers for our stores in Poole and the surrounding areas.

What is the role of a Central Convenience Store Manager:

  • Develop sales and maximise profit
  • Provide first class customer service
  • Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure compliance to Health and Safety and Legal requirements
  • Operate to high personal and store standards
  • Develop your team

Job Requirements

What is required to be a Central Store Manager:

  • Previous Convenience Store management/supervisory experience
  • Post Office/Petrol Forecourt knowledge would be ideal
  • Flexibility, as we trade 7 days a week
  • Live locally
  • Team development
