Job Description

Central Convenience Stores is a food retail business founded in 2012, rapidly growing along the South West of England.

We are now looking for an Assistant Manager to join our store in Westbourne, Bournemouth

Our in store team is at the heart of our operation and we need the right candidates to join our team and help us provide great products and services to our customers all across our estate.

What the role involves:

  • Provide first class customer service and train your team to do the same
  • Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are being followed and adhered to at all times
  • Operate to high personal and store standards
  • Assist in our News Delivery operation, which involves early starts
  • Upsell and promote our company wide promotions and motivate a team alongside your store manager
  • Provide training to new members of the team
  • Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees

Job Requirements

The successful candidates will be offered a 40 hour contract, competitive salary, an interesting and varied place to work which could also lead to supporting other stores, opening up career opportunities.
